To those of you trying to get it to start up easily, right click on the menu bar and choose Add to Panel. Then make a Custom Application launcher to execute the 'ushare -x' command. Having used it for my PS3 I thought I would try it on my 360 also and I now prefer it to using Windows Media Center. Great piece of software.
